1. We take a deposit of 20% of total price, payable within 14 days after reservation. The payment for the rest has to be made the day of the arrival on the Ranch. Payments can be made by cheque, traveler cheque or cash. (Sorry, no credit cards.)
  2. In case of cancellation the participant has to notify Wildhorse Mountain Ranch 14 days prior date of vacation for B&B and 5 weeks for Ranch Vacation Package The payment has to be made in full amount. There is no refund for the deposit and the payment in case of cancellation within 14 days before or after arrival on the ranch.We recommend travel insurance.
  3. Any other services rendered outside of services will be billed separately.
  4. All special agreements must be put in writing.
  5. All our prices are in $Can. We take $EURO and US too.
